Site Shutdown Repair/Rebuild

Complete removal of old extruder and replace with newer unit. Repair chute and improve guarding. Full preventative maintenance completed including repairs on drive shaft

Unit has had a few breakdowns already due to stretched chain and gaps on buckets. We had made few adjustments to ensure it will not affect production.

The conveyor was allowing products to go through the sides causing manual handling issue during cleaning. We have made some improvements on this unit to prevent unnecessary materials getting stuck.
